Antique scrimshaw busk, whalebone, engraved on one side with 2 ships in panels separated by decorative borders, one in a calm sea, flying a British flag, the other on an active sea;  a heart pierced by two arrows at the right end, a basket of flowers at the left end.  19th C. Rounded ends, 14 1/2 in. long
